Welcome to the Three Phases of Blended Learning Deployment Guide.  Each month, you will receive a step by step guide on how to deploy blended leaning into your classroom setting.  The monthly guide will provide you with

• a calendar outlook with suggested dates of deployment for twelve months (summer learning options included) 
• at least three coaching videos for each month
• classroom management suggestions
• classroom examples
• coaching tips and tricks
• level up strategies 
• a community discussion board where you can learn from other blended learning teachers, coaches, and administrators 
• start the deployment at anytime.  Each month will also have a blank month guide so you can start the blended learning process when you are ready to start.  

First month is the starting point for moving to a Blended Learning Classroom.
