Data-Driven Small Groups & Higher Student Engagement
Practical workshop experiences that help teachers build sustainable systems for small group instruction, differentiation, rigor, and engagement — within learning studios.
What Schools Are Prioritizing Right Now
Schools don’t need more strategies. They need a repeatable system teachers can use week after week.
Across campuses, leaders are focused on strengthening four core areas:
• Strategic small group instruction • Data routines that drive real differentiation • Increased rigor within learning studios • Higher levels of student engagement and ownership Our workshops are structured as Learning Studios so educators experience the model in action. Content is differentiated based on teacher readiness, and every session includes rigorous, hands-on application designed for immediate classroom implementation. This is not inspiration. It is a structured, sustainable execution. |

About Marcia
Marcia Kish partners with campuses and districts to build sustainable systems for data-driven small groups, learning studios, and student engagement. Her approach emphasizes systems over tools, helping educators move beyond isolated strategies and into consistent implementation.
As an instructional coach, author of Student Engagement by Design, and national conference presenter, Marcia works alongside educators to design practical frameworks that strengthen ownership, rigor, and instructional clarity. Rather than adding more initiatives, she helps schools align what they are already doing — creating structures teachers can repeat weekly with confidence. Her workshops are hands-on, application-based, and built around one core belief: Engagement happens by design — not by chance. |
